My daughter ordered a dell laptop charger, it would run the laptop but not charge the battery thinking the battery was defective we opdered a new battery, when we found out that was not the problem we contacted them, they told us the 14 day period to return had expired, this company has ripped off hundreds of people we have to stop them, just read the negative complaints.
