I have ordered a teeth whitener for 6 pounds and when it arrived I was supposed to phone them back and cancel any other orders. I have done that, they agreed, but afterwards I have realised I have been charged the next month with 46 pounds without my authorisation. ThiS is FRAUD. Isnt there a customers' protection we can go to?
