They did NOT provide thoughtful, caring and attentive service while we were having immense difficulty with our internet (which proved to be NOT our fault, contrary to what they automatically assume and insinuate with everyone) (they were ONLY attentive after we detailed our case publicly on the DSL Reports forum which is now not operational currently, so good luck with trying to do like we did! We were lucky to able to utilise that independent site... If you went on there and made your case then they would finally "do you the tremendous favour" of putting an American tech to work to try to solve what it was that the overseas techs ignored/botched/swept under a rug for weeks. But, you would ONLY get this special treatment by going to this insider non-affiliated techie website that the techs will NEVER tell you about on the phone when you please to speak to Headquarters HERE in the USA where YOU are located, and the service is located, and the infrastructure, and the company is located! It is SO absurd to have to speak to a call center on the other side of the globe where they have a limited grasp of the English language, are paid poorly, are trained even more poorly, and where you can clearly tell that they not only don't give a flying lick about your problems, they seem to resent and look down on you in a major way. I might feel the same after having to deal with a caller that has gone through the sheer abuse and torment that DSL EXTREME puts you through. Just absolutely horrid, I wish I could get back the blood sweat and tears wasted on this awful company and the wretched people that are running it into the ground. It is clear to me that the current owners have no desire to maintain long term stability, and see DSL on the decline and as a losing proposition down the line, (as our nation's infrastructure continues to deteriorate)... instead they seem to just be cashing out quick on YOU as much as they can by squeezing every customer for as many fees and hiked rates as possible before they manage to escape, and then they will likely sell the company to some unsuspecting buyer and post their inflated "fraudulent" net gains. This is my theory anyhow, take it or leave it. The only thing I can prove for a fact is how they treated us in the most despicable manner, abosultely like the crud on the bottom of their heels, is how they treated us. I hope you are reading this DSL EXTREME, so you can see the TRUTH coming out and how word is spreading...
