Loan MOD 2009

Hello:

I have been working with Bank Of America since November to complete a loan modification under the HAMP and making homes affordable programs. To this day I have had to send my documents more than 10 times because they were lost or not forwarded to the correct departments. My family and I entered the trial payment stage in the Summer of 2011 and to this date have not missed or made a late payment. My loan Manager Antonio Hernandez is not contacting me back along with his manager or the managers executive in charge. I was told that we would have finalized paperwork 90 days after the start of the trial period which we have never received. I have confirmed with the county that I live in that none of the paperwork has been filed with them notifying them of the modification. I have been advised that the paperwork is still being reviewed now because of something related to my taxes? They are not giving any further explanation, nor calling me back.
