I received an em from professor robert miscanonn, director of promotions bmw publicity department congratulating me. That i have been selected for a cash price of $450,000.00 usd, and a brand new bmw 2011 m5 sdan car.
Sinces that date i have been sending letters of collection to the director of claims with no succes
my em is (personal information removed) i request you give this complaint an urgent matter, because of the amount of money involved, and the date this claim originated
