I ordered a pair of Clark's Tacy shoes and got a small scouring pad instead of the shoes! Like everyone else posting, I thought it would be a safe transaction because I have never experienced a problem with PayPal in the past. I have tried corresponding with the seller with no response. PayPal needs to get customers a refund. Step up PayPal and get these issues resolved.
