I ordered a freeeeeee trial or so they said but i had to pay for shipping. No where on that site was their anything that stated that i would be signed up for monthy payments or that i joined a monthy subscription. They took 79.95 out of my account on 4/1 and when i checked my account on 4/2 i called my bank and they told me to call dermapure which i did twice they told me they had already sent it out and i said i dont want it i cant afford it to cancel it they said they could not cancel it and i had to mail it back to them. First of all i never received it till april 13 which means they hadnt sent it until after i talked to them. I sent it back on the 15th of april. When i talked to them i said everyone has the right to cancel within 3 days but she said the monthly bill was not a contract well i don;t know what you call it then and i sent it back to them and on the 25th of april since i never received my credit i called again and after waiting for 15 minutes on the phone they hung up on me. I then called my bank to tell them that dermapure is a scam and i want my money returned to meand this a fraudalent company. I will be putting a complaint against them with my bank.
