Multiple payments taken out of my account

Yesterday I went to use my debit card, and to my surprise it was declined. I called my bank and they told me that a payment I had made online was coming out 4 times. This had caused me to go upside down in my account 53.00. I called seventh avenue and they said everyone who made a payment on friday, got multiple payments taken out. Funny how they can take it out right away, but its been a pain to get my money back. They told me yesterday i had to wait 24 to 48 hours, so I called back today. They 3 way called my bank and my bank told them they had to fax something saying they are only authorized to take out one payment. So glad that was my last payment. I had to borrow money to cover their mistake and have had a balance of 65 cents. Not good with two kids to feed. I will never purchase anything from them again. Their computers can not be trusted.
