Manipulated me out of my money and caused an tremendous amount of debt

Regus rented me an office space in November. When I agreed to occupy the space the rent amount was suppose to be three hundred and twenty six dollars a month. This amount was suppose to included the kitchen fees also.

I informed Regus that I will need a fax line, phone, and internet services.

Regus then replied that I qualify for a package deal. The deal was to get all three services for ninety nine dollars extra a month. I agreed. This never happened.

I got services and was charged an activation fee for the internet. Another activation fee for the phone and also an activation fee for the fax line. The prices was different. The fax was 30.00 and the phone was 140.00 and the internet was an additional charge.

These charges plus any use of the services is being charged continually on a monthly basis. This brings my bill every month approximately 800.00 or better.

Now I received notice that I was not charged a fee for these services since November and they have back dated my bill and it is 1400.00 for the month.

Im not allowed to get my on phone, internet, or fax line. They have tied me into a two year lease and neglected to provide all of this additional information to me.

I can't afford it and now they are threatening to evict me from the premises.

However, they stated that they will have the sheriff to do it but we have not been to court yet. So how can they come into my office and throw my stuff out without a judge order. I do have a valid lease. They have came into the office and started removing my things without any notification.
