Ripped-off! I cancelled order next day, they took money and sent computer w / windows 98 and not the monitor! California

I got the email and thought it came from my "Administrator". Placed an order, changed my mind the next day, called and cancelled the order on July 12th; Received a cancellation number; The money came out of my account July 14th and on July 29th, I received a part of a shipment with the computer without the monitor, with Windows '98. I have learned my lesson and hope this does not happen to others.
