Oredered a Gucci bag. The merchandise was mailed. The zipper broke in 5 days time and the handle broke in 2 months of time. Then bag is made of cloth with Gs on it. It now looks as if it's worn out for years even though I use it occasionally and own it for a year. But have not used it in six months. I brought it to the Gucci outlet & they denied it and said that it was fake. I cannot get hold of the merchant who mailed it to us nor there is an address on the Express Mail Waybill. Please help.
