Ripoff credit card charges unauthorized - I'd never heard of them until I received my credit card statement

When I received my credit card statement I had a charge of $12.33 from a company claiming to be onlinepublicart.com. I asked my husband if he ordered anything online and he hadn't.

When I tried their website it could not be found so I "searched" for it and got usacomplaints.com and found out I was not the only one this has happened to.

My credit card company had no problem with my refusing the charge and I colsed that account and opened a new one. I know this is not a lot of money but things are tight right now and I wonder how many people have gotten ripped off by this so-called compay and haven't even noticed?
