Coffee machine exploded

I purchased Mr coffe capppacino device from walmart 4/22. It erupted and caffeine, coffee grinds, heated water & glass went everywhere. Worried a-7 yr-old to death. Attempted to record it to Jarden / Mr caffeine. Their answer was to deliver me a different one. Take you may not believe I do want to attempt that again?

I talked for the supervisor and requested him to consider the coffee machine offtheshelf. He explained this is actually the very first time this has occurred. He questioned me how I used it. I told him I place it within the microwave, and he showed me an indication AT THE END of the coffee maker which stated to not be place in microwave. He essentially charged me for misusing the merchandise.

Wal mart not thinking about getting it offtheshelf until manufactur has recognition. When you have never had an explosion inyourface then you definitely obtain a MR caffeine and also you also arrived observe what I am referring to. I hope nobody should have that occur.
