Worst Customer Service

The worst experience I ever had. I went to H&R block for assistance in filing my state tax in Lindenhurst, NY at about 9:38pm. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever walk into that place again. A woman named Regina took me over to her desk to start the return. From the very beginning she was rude. She would walk to the back saying things like "I'm about to tell him to go the hell home" and complain about the fact that I was there right before they closed. I didn't react I just let it go and thought to myself maybe she's running late about something. This continued the whole time. My wife walked in with my 8 year old special needs son to sign the papers. Even while we were waiting for my wife to arrive she was still very rude with her comments and actions. Towards the end she told me the results and I had some questions about them. I wasn't arguing or anything just asking politely. My wife asked her why is she being so rude and she just flipped calling my wife a Bitch. At that point my wife leaned over and said if i'm a Bitch then Fuck You and which time the woman then leans over to my son and screams in his face Fuck You and ran to the back. My son being special needs immediately ran under the chair and started sobbing. I wish I was making this up but this is the horrible truth. The District Manager was there and witnessed the whole thing. I don't know who I need to talk to in the corporate office but i'm assuming like many big companies there is someone on the other end of this FB page that can guide this in the right direction. Never again will I use H&R block. I am sorry for the harsh words used in this post but it's the truth.
