Very Unhappy For Their Lies

I used to enjoy the YMCA and had great respect for them untill what I had experienced. I am going to keep this short. The Mockville, NC YMCA is suppose to give out 3 free visits a month to customers who have membership from Rown County. Certain employees will charge visitors from Rowan County a vistors fee and wont give out 3 free visits a month. Some employees will give out the 3 free visits a month. Also if the customer is wrongfully charged the employee wont even offer a refund. I am glad I had quit going to Mocksville NC YMCA. I am sick and tired of what I had experienced with the Mocksville YMCA. Makes me sick when employees are charging customers even though the employees know the customer earn 3 free visits a month. That illegal for employees to do that?
