Purchased a car Feb. 17th from eastern motor with salesmen Larry Fields

He seemed pleasant and interested in selling me the car i was looking for.

To make a long story short, they 2 individual larry and the manager found a 2010 nissan altima, after agreeing on the purchase and signing the papers, he returned to me and stated the banks cant accept the loan unless I buy the extended warranty. They insisted and were persistent about the extended warranty and it was some how added to the total cost without my knowledge. I also had a paid off trade in but could not locate the title, I told Mr. Fields that and he stated its ok, we can get the title for an extra fee of $40.00. A few days later Mr. Fields contacted me and stated they could not get the title and i had to bring the car back, get my trade in bac and lose my total down payment of 2750. Mr. Fields expressed that he tried calling this person and that person and stated he would do me a favor and go to MVA. What he shared that took him all day, took me all about 15mins. I bought the title in, and they refuse to refund me the original fee for the title. WHAT! (They made a inquiry about title only! We pay for inquiries now) They denied having my tags which they held for 45 days plus my refund check for over payment of the tags! The back two tires were bald and i didnt realize that (never buy a car in the rain) they stated its not there problem, there were mix match and missin floor mats and there was only one key remote. Windshield wipers were no good and ther is a rust spot on the roof. My credit is not bad but i thought i was going to a reliable car dealership. The customer service recieved from larry fields was poor, he denied things that he stated he was going to do. The fact that the were trying to take my car is going to far!!! Do not go to eastern motors, your job is not your credit, they'll take your money and you will forever be indebted!!!
