First Gold Plus Is a fraud and took money from me

On 04/20 I recieve a negative balance in my account due to mypaydayloan express First Gold Plus. I called my bank and they gave me info that check number 1234 was posted on 04/20. I don't write check because I don't have check book and I didn't apply for a loan. So my bank gave me the number to this place and I called and it keep hanging up in my face. When I call regions on 04/22 to check my account it says check number 1234 was presented for payment and will be returned on 04/22. When I call 04/23 it says it will be returned on 04/23 and still no return. Mypaydayloan express First Gold Plus has ripmeoff.
