For 3 months i have tried to cancel this acount throughh this company and was told that it was cancelled. On the 20th of the past 3 months to the present my account has been charged $19.99. They have promised to send gift cards in the mail even up to $100.00. I have not received them yet. I got one $20.00 gift card used $15.00 off of it and hte card is no longer active for the remainder of the balance. I feel like they have robbed me and fed me ma line that would satisfy me in getting my money back to no end. I was then told that there was no refund in their policy.
