I ordered a magazine in August but never received it—in fact I received two issues of another magazine I never asked for and then nothing. I was very patient with them on the phone and the first time I called they promised the issues were on their way and they would give me a free year of issues. That was over 3 months ago. Now there is no one answering their phones. Big, fat scam.
