I ordered a pair of Keen sandals for $41.80 on February 15th. I was apprehensive, but I figured that it would be OK since I used PayPal. Wrong.
I was out of town for 5 weeks, but contacted the vendor several times when the shoes still hadn't arrived by the time I got home. No response. I did, however, receive some cheap furry insoles. I filed a dispute with PayPal but apparently, I waited too long - over 45 days.

I can't believe PayPal would continue to be a business partner to this kind of scam.
