Miscellaneous

This was the letter i sent to them recently, it says it all.

Hello,

We purchased a puppy from you less than a month ago. We drove up from SW Florida to pick the fawn female up. She has been to the vests at least once a week since we brought her home. Firstly, when we first got home with her she was defecating blood, we had already set up an appointment for Monday and took her in, they said that it may have been nerves and that she seemed very healthy. I began to notice that she had a small cough when she slept and it wasn't as apparent during the day when she was awake. So I took her in again and they explained that she indeed had kennel cough. Then not a week later, worms. The vet explained to me that worms are something that isn't apparent during a check-up until they are visible. This is ridiculous.

So now I want to speak my mind on your operation you have going on there, then I will post my findings on your kennel both online, with the UKC and the better business bureau.

Your land and home are infested with fleas and bugs. There is no protection from your animals from mosquitoes, fleas, ticks or any other invading insects. The pens were disgusting, too many dogs, not enough attention. When you said it was a home operation, I expected a handful of puppies in a house, not a nasty trailer infested with fleas.
What are you thinking? How can you live with yourself doing this to such poor innocent souls that can do no better for themselves than what you offer them, are they not worth more?

This is the sweetest puppy, and I believe it is because for once she is shown attention for more than just a minute or two. I'm very sure it's not due to anything from your side. That's obvious with the health problems of this puppy thus far.

Do I want my money back? Well, I think it would be in your best interest to oblige to pay for the vet costs from these things that have come due to your negligence as a breeder and human being.

My reports on your breeding institution and website are in the works, and you can bet your ass I will post them all.

You give good breeders a bad name.
You mill these puppies to make money to support yourselves, not because you want to produce pristine puppies for animal lovers.

You need to re-think your position as a breeder, and either put the money into giving them a proper home, or stop selling yourselves as a breeder.

Your puppy has been no better than going to a pet shop.
Pet shop at least would be more responsible for their animals.

Make this right, as a noble person, or kiss my ass and drive your "business" into the ground.
