I purchased a 'sample' of the wrinkle cream paying only the £5.95 postage charge. I have now had two payments of £54.95 taken from my credit card within 2 weeks of each other. After trying numerous times I have managed to speak with someone at their UK office and I have been told that as I didn't come back after 18 days to cancel, I have been charged for the product sent, hence the £54.95. I happen to move house and the second delivery was returned to them and they are supposed to be refunding this. I will be checking. Apparently the 18 day trial period is mentioned just before submit button, but it was not clear. I work in marketing and probably more switched onto these more than most, but it was not clear as part of the purchase - totally false advertising and misuse of people credit card details.
