I ordered and paid for the sample of the cream through my debit card, now they have taken £84.50 from my account without my authorisation. I am very angry about this. I have written to them but there is no response. I need my money back because I had not ordered for any goods from them. This is theft and fraud and needs to be stopped that they dont rob more people.
