I understand it's the popular thing these days for slime like Daniel Turbin to flatly steal the works of authors who are honestly, legitimately paid to write because they posses real talent, then "spin" them, & claim them as their own, "original" works; & profit from legal theft through advertisements, & affiliate marketing. I can't express how infuriating it is to be the victim of jerks like this, & then be forced to add a legal disclaimer that I understand there is nothing illegal about it. Further, sites like Articles Professionals, & Fresh Articles Daily that have Terms of Service claiming they don't allow works that aren't 100% original allow the posting of this kind of garbage, with no effort being made to control the content of their sites.

"Spinning" an article usually turns it into an easily identifiable nonsensical mess {which scum like Daniel Turbin would know if they had the slightest talent}, & should be easily identifiable to sites claiming that they disallow plagiarism. I doubt that a jerk like Daniel Turbin will give a rat's fanny about complaints that he's committing legal theft, a*holes like that are usually only capable of caring about themselves. My question is, if Articles Professionals, & Fresh Articles Daily are so concerned with protecting their reputation, why don't they take down the posts of predators like Daniel Turbin, & ban them forever? I'd have contacted them directly to ask, but, curiously, neither site has any contact information. Clearly, the laws need to change, because those who have no problem profiting from work that is not their own obviously never will.
