I ordered a trial offer from the ganale co. I did not receive that order and was charged the 2.99 that was the shipping for the trial. After 14 days i called the number that was provided and couldnt get a live person to talk to so i went to the web site and they have a ticket request to check status of order or anyother questions you might have. It said that you can check status of the ticket request and an email response would be given. I requested the ticket request and told the co that i had not received the trial and I just wanted to cancel this order because it was obvious that it was a huge scam. I never received a response. So I called the number again 1-877-627-9488. And was with an auto mated recording. I didnt want the offers they were giving because i still hadnt received the product. But the automated voice said i had till the 25th to return the product. I dont have any product to return. Well it the 21st and they went ahead and charged my account and has overdrawn it. This is not the first time this company has done this. After ready the scam complaints I will not be trying out any new products via internet.
