Ordered a wig and then saw all the bad reviews, gave them the benefit of the doubt, the processing time said 7-10 days, 17 days later I am still waiting, the correspondence is the same as hundreds of others have reporte, your either ignored or the response is copied and pasted in bad English, often talking about products that you have not ordered, they now keep telling me it will be ready and that I am only entitled to a 10% refund, now I want to cancel my order as its too late. I may be happy with the product once it comes, but the hundreds of other product reviews leads me to believ this wont be the case.
Don't buy from them if you dont want the hassle.
