After software update... All data corrupted

Hello,

I'm sorry to have to file a complaint but this is just an awful situation,

To answer what happen thoroughly, I simply connected my Xbox online in order to please my social group. Who, Requested that I add some created characters, by other users, in-order to increase the groups Wwe 12 universe mood experience. After connecting, it asked me to update software, which obviously, I did. I must be fair to THQ everything seem fine after the update, but please note I didn't attempt to play any functions of the games... I only purchased items and all the money accepting functions work perfectly... However after acquiring all the needed online access and fan access... We were are all excited: (9) of 22 members: sitting around the 42in screen only to encounter first we could not connect to the server it took up 10 minutes to get our first connect... But after the first 50 and it needed to load... Again we are all getting disappointed. So I decided to do damage control, I explained that too many people on the server can cause these: cant connect issues, and also explaining we all love the game so much we actually still come together as a group and party and play which also means the people who don't have the bond we have are all online bonding with people worldwide. Well to make matters worse... We were able to pick out a few wrestlers and download; we thought we downloaded enough content to attempt to play the game. I invested several hours into trying to download 4 custom characters and 2 arenas and I think one custom logo, before I gave up in a fit of frustration. Well finally we all ready to start defending our individual titles and play. (What we felt was currently the best wrestling game developed... Thus far.) But unfortunately... When we selected a regular match to kind of see what and how characters downloaded would look. Well first thing happened was the game froze. Then after restarted the Xbox it stated we had corrupted data. After saying yes, to the prompt: to removed corrupted or missing data... All of our custom data is not unusable. So now of course we have 22 group members. Completely upset and turn off to even thinking about purchasing wwe13. Obliviously to practice we all own this game but since we have been meeting at my place for years for drinks, food and video game competitions losing all this data just destroyed the desire to even play this game. Please help us with any information on how we can restore data. Starting over with nothing is definitely not an acceptable option. I hope to hear something back, if at least so that I can have something to use as a selling point to get wwe13
