I agreed to pay $2.95 (on 4/7) for VIN report but the information I got is of no use. Then I paid $29.99 to get carfax report which is usefull. On 4/14 I see a pending charage of $29.95 from Carvinchecks which I never agreed to pay. Not sure how to get that money
