Offered $120 in rebates for Ordering Comcast internet in Dec. 2011
They make you go thru hoops to qualify; much paperwork and details with restrictions. I sent all required info and they are denying my rebate because they say I didn't keep my service a min. 60 days. I have had my service for 5 months now but they claim that I canceled the service after buying $120 of their equipment and got comcast on my own the same day! Right. I didn't want my rebate so I got the account on my own. What a ripoff. Many complaints on this company. This is a total scam and should be illegal. Have called several times.
Claim they will help me then, I call back and they have no record of my calls.
