I placed the order on 4/12 after seeing the infomercial on TV and then I received a phone call from a man on 4/19 telling me there was a problem with the website that day and that the order did not process so I told him to cancel the order... He said OK and then this morning 4/20 there was a charge on my card... I tried to call the 800# but it was constantly busy... I have purchased from TeleBrands before without a problem so I am not sure what happened here...
