This is a "nearly scam" cos thankfully I found this site. However, I believe that the "hotties" getting in touch are generally using false locations. I found this by using google's image search option and pasting in the URL of the "hotty"'s profile image. The location on the profile was in Merseyside in the UK but an image was found of her on a classmates-type site locating her in Florida. It's not 100% foolproof but it's worth it to see what comes up.
