Never sent merchandise-no credit refund either

A company called replica one sells replica rolex and other various high end watches. I ordered a rolex submariner from them back in may. I never recieved the merchandise and they still have not credited my credit card back the $750.00 that the fake watch cost. I have contacted them more than 20 times and each time they say they will credit back my visa card. They never come through. I am relying on you to take action. I have comtacted my credit card company and they say they cannot file a complaint because it has been too long. They screwed me as well. I requested paperwork on this from them 6 months ago and they claim they have no record of the request. I do not no what to do.
Please help. I want my credit card credited $750.00 for the merchandise i never recieved.
