Purchased an extended warranty for my 2007 Toyota Camry and was told that I would receive the total refund at the end of the contract period. I actually spoke to a lady name Cassia @ Signet on December 30 to ask for the refund then and she told me I could not get it until the end of the contract and gave me all the information I needed at that time. When I called in March to that information she gave me, I found out that they were bankrupt. I really was looking forward to the extra money to help with the down payment on a new Camry... Looks like I will be driving the old one for a while. Sure am disappointed with my dealership for not having better sense when it came to this company.
