Like many others, the economy has left a lot to be desired and I foolishly bought into the theoretical junk TDIW was pandering. I needed a way out of financial insecurity and they offered a trial look into the system. I paid $6.95 for S/H and never even opened the box. When it turned out I wouldn't be needing the system, and considering it was still within the trial period (i.E., having enough time to return it with a Return Merchandise Authorization (i.E., RMA), I called to see how to return the stupid thing and they immediately denied authorization. I was laughed at, cussed at, humiliated and threatened that if I didn't pay I was going to be taken to court, have collections called on me, my credit affected, etc... I was finally able to back-trace the phone number to a local switchboard and have requested that TDIW be put on a watchlist for scams/harrassment/unethical business practices and poor treatment against consumers. I have yet to hear back from this company but have hopes it will take the proper steps as I have otherwise repeatedly requested that my numbers be placed on federal, local, and individual 'DO NOT CALL' lists, all of which seem to be ignored by this company. If necessary, I will take it to FCC, FTC, and FBI if I have to.in terms of mitigation and/or conflict resolution, I am more than happy to return the product (i.E., boxed, sealed, and untouched) and eat the $6.95 for S/H both ways, but I WILL NOT pay $400 or more or anything more than the S/H'ing I've already been skirted. This company has no compassion or business sense to ethically treat the public and should have it's licenses revoked and... Be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They are a money-pit synonymous Madoff and the Tobacco Companies. The most you'll ever get from them is a firm, "Where's my money?" attitude.
