Miscellaneous

I thought the email was set from a friend, & decided to click on the link which had tons of press & testimonials. Upon reading the information I got the impression I could start immediately, for a fee of $97.95 which would grant me access to companies with products that need help setting up links to get people interested in purchasing these products. After processing my fee there was a short video which then stated that for yet another fee they would send me the more educational resources. I exited the page & was given a login name & password and realized I was billed for only $77.95. However, I never received the confirmation email or the information to get me started. I emailed them to get my money credited back to me and received an email stating the there was a failure to send. I just want my money back, any ideas?
