I was hussled out of $72 almost a year ago. I have been patient and kind in dealing with them over the phone, (except now the dont answer their phone). They promissed me longer subscriptions, extra magazines, and eventually my money back. That was months ago. I am investigating now now to file a civil lawsuit. Any suggestions? How long can they get away with this. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. And I want my money back!
