I ordered a Coast top which they were advertising... Paid by credit card... Then found the same top in the UK... Although they had taken my money, there was no word of the top being dispatched... I emailed them to cancel the order and they said that was ok but I would lose 25% of my money for canceling and advised me to reconsider... I said I had got the top in the Uk and wanted a refund and accepted that I would lose 25%... I have emailed 4 times and they keep saying they are dealing with it... But so far no refund.
