On the 28th Nov sent off for free trial of probiotic cleanse £4.95. P.P.
They arrived a few days later. (needless to say they did nothing buy give me intergestion) 14th Dec £69.59 deducted from my bank account
i phoned them to ask what the hell was going on, they were so laid back about it, they must have been horizontal! I was told to e-mail them and they would pass the e-mail onto head office as they did not have the authority to refund the money. Guess what? This never happened. I have sent 5 e-mails so far and 6 phone calls later still nothing. Then today 18th april they took another £69.59 even though i had cancelled everything. On phoning them again the agent
said she would refund the money only after considerable arguing back and forth.
I am totally disgusted with their disreptuble behavour and false advertising.
As there have been so many conplaints perhaps this should be refered to BBC Watchdog.
