I did not authorize any funds to be taken from my account. When i called and complained, they told me too bad because they informed me that they had my IP address and that there is nothing anyone can do to. I told them that it was fraud and that i was going to report to law enforcement and BBB. They told me that i was out of jurisdication and BBB will not do anything. That lady was super rude and cocky. I really need my money back into my account.
