I was already going through alot of emotional problems today then got a call from this company stating that i owed American Cash $791.23 he said that the company wanted to make an example out of me and if i did not pay the full amount by tonight or tomorrow morning i would be arrested from my job and have to pay $5,000 court fee and $3,000 bail. I tried to explain to the man named Sam that i am a college student making minimum wage and i can't afford that kind of money. And i explained to him that i never even received that loan that he was saying i received and he said he said did not care. He also said to me " Do you think i would risk my reputation trying to help someone like you". I am talking to a lawyer and looking to take legal action now (Personal Info Removed)
