This bogus company took $30 out of my account with my knowledge. The representative explained that I applied for this online. I immediately contested! She then explained that i would have to wait 10-15 business days. I asked, " are you (Inappropriate Content Removed) serious? Then she hung up. Spoke to other representatives but still no refund. I want this company shut down and the operators arrested. I will not stop. Its the principal. You cannot play games with folks secured financial information.
