I received a letter in the mail from a john carter that informed me that i was a beneficiary of an unclaimed settlement for the amount of $80,0000.inside the envelope was a check for 2246.81 that they said i could not cash until i spoke to someone in their office first. And they could not disclose all details about the settlement until someone contacted them.
So, i didn't delay. I called the # 1-514-572-5486 right away as they suggested and i got a recording. I tried again in 5 min, and got another recording, so i left only my number and told mr. Carter to leave me a message to call him when he could be reached. No reply!
