Received letter stating i was solely assigned the unique crp number of the winning amount of $2,575, 000.00 and i just needed to sign the attached certificate and return with a release fee of $20.00 by cash, check, or money order to get my winnings. States that this is not preliminary, it is final. However i did not fall for the scam and just wanted to share the information and wished there was something that we could do to have this stuff stopped.
