I ordered a wedding dress on 3/16, with shipping the total amount of $181.99 was deducted from my bank account on 3/19, i recieved a email confirmation, but didnt hear anything about shipping, so i emailed them and they replied that they would send me another email with shipping information, i verified that the dress would be here on or before 4/25, they said yes, but tried to get me to pay another $100.00 to have it rushed, i said as long as it was here by 4/25 i was fine and there was no reason for a rush order, they said it would be. Now i am moving soon, so i emailed them and asked if they had a better idea on when it would be here as i was moving and needed to know if i should give them a different address. They replied with an automated response saying the website was down and they were still processing orders and would reply as soon as possible, i never heard anything, so i sent another email a couple days ago... Still now response, went to the website and it doesnt exsist. Im so frustrated with this, I hardly ever order clothes offline let alone something as important as a wedding dress, and now im scammed and in the hole $181.99 with no money to pay for another dress...
