Shopper discount and rewards uk

Shopperdisc.co.uk have been deducting £10 per month from my bank account for the last 19 months. This was not noticeable until I opened a new bank where I am resident in Colombia and my UK account now has far fewer transactions. My UK bank informs me that this scam is not fraudulent - I must have ticked a box on an internet transaction over a year ago, presumably asking if I wanted to be entitled to shopper discounts. Not fraud, maybe, but certainly false and misleading advertising
