In the electronics department of The Real Canadian Superstore in Grimsby, they have Sony Blu-Ray players on sale from 120. To 69.74.

I asked the girl working in that department, after having her paged, if she had any more machines as the shelf was empty. "no" was the only thing she said. I asked the girl if she would have any more in before the sale ended. "no" was the only thing she said. I asked the girl if she could sell me the display model. "no" was the only thing she said. I asked the girl if she could give a raincheck. "no" was the only thing she said.

Then she walked away.

I asked two more employees in that store if there was a customer service manager on duty, or someone I could talk to about this situation. They both replied "no, you'd have to come back another day".

I find it EXTREMELY frustrating, to walk into a store that big to find out that there are no managers in charge.

Who exactly is running that place??? Why still advertise a product, if you have NO intention of refilling your stock?

Word of mouth is the worst form of advertising... Maybe you need to think about your choice of employees and customer service practices.
