To. Whom it may concern. I'm a renter and I had a busted pipe almost this time last year and the bill became very high and the landlord didn't take care of the bill like he supose to because it's his property. But I called and spoke to mr. Calos the suporvisor to ask for a payment plan and he said no I have to pay it all and I said it's to big to pay at once and I have a son with seizures can you help me and he still said no. I would think they would want some payments then nothing at all. If anyone reads this and can help me with a solution I will greatly appreciate it. Ms. Sharon
