Falsifying DNA results I have many nationalities on both sides but showing I'm 100% French which is false

Familytreedna. Con was used to trace my ancestory and compare to genealogical charts. My e-mail or information was tapped into by them so they would not have to refund.

My next problem was I looked up where my ancestory was from and it gave me 100% French I called customer service gave them my number and I had told him what all I had in me and he said it showed it on the chart which on my chart it had a small area covering France my great grandfather was 100% Italian.

Either someone messed up in the lab or the place false evidence none the less me and my husband paid $293 a piece and we want our money back they want to take advantage of me while I'm already worrying about my cancer and I have high blood pressure and at high risk for heart attack and stroke and he sends me snide comments they are unprofessional and rude.
