Never received cabella's gift cards

I bought 2 $25.00 cabella gift cards for $30.00 total around12/20. I contacted someone via online help in january because i had not received the cards. They looked up my account and I was told they were really behind but would get them. They did not come and emails were not answered. I can no longer reach this company in any way.
