Cannot Find Way to Stop Monthly Credit Report Charge

Used Experian when I had stolen info and I have not had any luck in getting the monthly charge of $14.95 (and now it is $17.95) stopped. There is no place on line to request removal from their system and no telephone number to be found. I did find a number in California at one point, called and asked that I be removed from the system and that charges stop, but nothing happened. I would like to see payback from such an obvious and frustrating scam
